Overview

PrimerHub is a subscription-based web platform for managing laboratory primer data and workflows. The Service is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Spain ("we", "us", or "our").

These Terms govern your use of the Service, including any subscriptions you purchase.

Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by both individuals and businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service.

Subscriptions and Billing

We offer three subscription plans:

• Small Lab
• Growing Lab
• Enterprise

Subscriptions can be billed monthly or annually, and payments are processed via Stripe.

Upgrades and Downgrades

• Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately and a prorated charge will be applied.
• Downgrading your plan will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the remaining time in a billing period.

Acceptable Use

There are currently no specific usage restrictions or prohibited activities, but we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse or behavior that threatens the stability or integrity of the Service.

Platform Usage

Your access to PrimerHub is subject to the plan limits described at the time of purchase. We may monitor usage to ensure fair access and system integrity.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and any consequences arising from such use. We shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from your usage of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or misuse of records managed through the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you via email or through the Service dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
